FEFCO 0201
The most widely used box in logistics. One piece of corrugated board, cut and creased, with four flaps at the top and four at the bottom. The outer flaps meet in the middle. The bottom and top are usually sealed with tape.
It is delivered flat and erected in a few moves. That keeps storage space to a minimum and makes it easy to stack.
The FEFCO code is an internationally used system for describing box designs. Every style has its own code, so you and we mean exactly the same thing. Many common FEFCO styles are available made to size; other designs on request.
The standard. The outer flaps meet in the middle; the bottom and top are usually sealed with tape. For shipping, storage and moving.
Flaps at the bottom only. As a tray, display bin or inner box, or closed with a separate lid.
The outer flaps run the full width: double board at the top and bottom. For heavy or sharp contents.
A base with a separate lid. Easy to open and close again; for archives, parts and presentation.
A sturdy shipping box with a tuck-in flap that closes without tape. For web shops and small parcels.
Shown here from below: the bottom flaps interlock and lock into place by themselves as you unfold the box. Fast packing for large volumes.

Outside dimensions and pallet layout are indicative and calculated for FEFCO 0201. We confirm them in the quote.
Request this sizeCorrugated board is paper with a fluted layer in between. The flute type partly determines the thickness and cushioning of the board. The right combination of flute type and paper grade determines the strength for your application. We advise you on the grade that suits your product and stacking height.
A fine flute with a smooth surface. For small, light products and boxes that need high-quality print.
The all-rounder. Strong, easy to fold and suitable for most shipping boxes.
A thicker single flute with good cushioning properties. Stacking strength depends on the chosen paper grade and box construction.
Two flutes on top of each other. For heavy products, tall stacks and long journeys.
Inside dimensions, quantity and, if you know it, the FEFCO style. A product photo helps too.
