Pallet loads
Upright on the corners: helps limit shifting combined with strapping or film.
Cardboard edge protectors guard the edges and corners of your products during storage and transport. Combined with strapping or stretch film, they help stabilise pallet loads. Available in various lengths, leg widths and thicknesses, matched to your application.
How it works
Place edge protectors on the vertical corners of the pallet load. Together with suitable strapping or stretch film, they help hold the boxes together and limit shifting.
The edge protector spreads the pressure of the strap over a larger area. This helps prevent the strap from cutting into the edge of the packaging.
Well-chosen and correctly placed edge protectors can add to the stacking strength of the packaging. We advise on the version that suits your load and stacking load.
You specify an edge protector by the width of both legs (measured on the outside), the material thickness and the length. This configurator shows an equal-leg L profile.
The slider ranges are an example. We confirm available sizes and tolerances in the quote.

Edge protection for sheet material, doors and furniture. For glass and delicate surfaces we match the version; sometimes extra soft protection is needed.

We advise on a suitable version based on your load, packaging and transport.
For upright protectors on a pallet load, the length is usually the height of the load. Leg width and thickness depend on the weight, the packaging and the strap tension. We are happy to advise you on a suitable version.
Yes. Edge protectors also protect the edges of a Revopallet or honeycomb board. Clean, dry cardboard pallets, boxes and protectors can be recycled through suitable paper and board collection; strapping or film is disposed of separately.
They are made with recycled paper fibres and are suitable for paper recycling when clean and dry. Coatings or special versions are assessed separately.
