Privacy statement

Revopal B.V. (Plesmanweg 9, 7602 PD Almelo, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 74958593) is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Below you can read which data that is, what we use it for and what your rights are.

Contact and quote requests

If you contact us through a form, by email or by phone, we use the details you give us (such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message) to answer your question and prepare a quote.

We do this to prepare or perform an agreement with you. We keep this data as long as needed to handle your request, and after that as long as the law requires.

Visitor statistics

To see how our website is used, we count visits with Umami. Umami does not place cookies and does not store IP addresses; the figures cannot be traced back to you as a person. The data is kept on our own server and is not shared with others.

If you give consent by choosing ‘Accept’, Umami also records how the page is used for some visits: where you click, how far you scroll, and a recording of the visit. Anything you type into form fields and the text on the page are masked. Recordings are deleted after 30 days. Without consent this does not happen.

Company recognition (Leadinfo)

We use Leadinfo by Leadinfo B.V. (Rotterdam, the Netherlands). Based on a visitor’s IP address, Leadinfo recognises which company is visiting our website and shows us public company information such as the company name. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest: getting in touch with companies interested in our products.

Leadinfo may place a cookie for this. If you do not want your visit to be recognised, email [email protected] or object through Leadinfo’s website.

Google Ads

Only with your consent does Google Ads place cookies. They show us whether a visit through one of our ads leads to a request. Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) may also process this data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can change your choice at any time through ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use. To do so, email [email protected] or call +31 85 208 8346.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
